They are now looking for an Associate Director or Divisional Director to help steer the agency into becoming one of the leading consumer agencies and to also take the lead on one of the agencies` major accounts. This individual will be working closely with the MD of the agency in a very senior strategic role.

The Role
A superb opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director/Divisional Director to take a very strategic role across a big name brand.
Key day-to-day tasks of an Associate Director include:
-Ownership of one of agencies` highest fee paying accounts
-Financial management of account
- Taking the lead on strategy and implementation
-Internal management and leadership of account teams
-Act as an ambassador for the agency


The Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background currently working across big brand client/s across consumer lifestyle/brand PR.
Key attributes of the Associate Director include:
-Must currently be at Associate Director level or above
-PR agency background is required
-UK experience is essential, global experience is a bonus
-Understanding of the complete marketing mix
-Must have strong commercial instincts
-Excellent client handling skills
-Experience of managing and directing large budgets
-Experience of being in a strategic lead role
-Experienced team manager
-Great consumer media contacts
-Must possess excellent industry knowledge and have contacts with key figures in the industry
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Having some digital experience will be preferred.
