Our client is a leading and exceptionally well know Global player in the Digital field and they are looking to recruit a high calibre Project Director who will be responsible for managing a number of complex projects autonomously, and for managing and mentoring other more junior staff within the Client Services team.

They will manage accounts that often encompass multiple workstreams, across a variation of industries e.g. FMCG, Consumer, Pharmaceutical (Health) and Government organisations.

They will be a pivotal member of the client services team and will meet both client and agency expectations, by effectively scoping, resourcing and delivering on time and within budget. They will be a point of contact/escalation in relation to their projects.

Core responsibilities:

Project management
*To bring to bear an in depth digital experience across Global and European platform rollouts, primarily on Enterprise Level Content Management Solutions (Sitecore, EpiServer etc).
*To work effectively with senior client stakeholders, managing approvals at predefined project milestones.
*To work with and to manage where required, third party agencies appointed by the client.
*To generate the necessary project documentation and briefing documents required to run effective and efficient projects, including but not limited to; client proposals and presentations, Project Definition Reports, project plans and budgets.
*To assist the Business Director / Managing Director in the generation of regular client financial performance forecasts, ensure efficient financial project management guaranteeing that all purchase and sales invoices are dealt with in a timely fashion.
*To ensure that timesheets, billing and management reporting/forecasting is accurate and submitted on time for all projects within his/her line management.
*To ensure resource is managed effectively and to work with the creative services team to plan in a timely fashion.
*To assist in the development of effective annual client development plans.
*To monitor, evaluate and consistently seek to maximize project profitability.
*To manage the relationship with any third party organisations instrumental in the delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensure appropriate contracts/agreements are in place to support the project.
Team leadership
*To act as a leader and give line manger support for more junior members of the CS team under their direction including building, developing, and nurturing the professional development of their team.
*To maximise the performance of the Client Services team under their immediate management against agreed agency standards, including the maintenance of timesheets, and identify any opportunities for operational improvement.
*To seek to actively grow their appreciation and understanding of areas and disciplines outside of their previous experience.
*To participate in appropriate internal agency training programmes and look to continually improve their general level of industry awareness.
*To actively seek to establish test projects incorporating new concepts, processes, technologies and vehicles.
Relationships
*They will establish and develop senior contact between the agency and designated senior client representatives and take ownership of their digital accounts
*To ensure that all projects meet and where possible exceed client objectives including ensuring that the quality of our work enhance the reputation of the Agency.
*To communicate effectively with Clients including clear management of expectations, to ensure Client satisfaction
