Account Director (Interim) – Bristol

A long interim contract (12 months) for an experienced and professional agency Account Director. You will be leading a team and managing a key consumer CRM client for an impressive integrated DM agency.

The team manages a series of mailings, emails and websites, as part of a market-leading integrated strategy. You will be responsible for operational delivery as well as providing strategic insight and effective team management.

You should have broad DM and CRM skills including a passion for online, as you’ll be managing the digital elements of the CRM strategy and also taking responsibility for delivering website projects. You must also have a good understanding of social media and how this can be integrated into a broader CRM strategy.

In addition to marketing and team management skills you will be commercially strong with a very good understanding of core agency processes. You will be managing large budgets and making sure that forecasts and revenue projections are delivered to Board level on a regular basis.

The role offers the chance to work as part of a highly professional and informal team in a great central location where you will be able to make a real difference to the success of a leading brand.

This contract is due to start early September and last for c. 12 months.
