CLIENT:
A leading B2B database marketing agency is seeking two Account Directors to join it’s client services team ASAP!
You will have excellent client facing and business development skills and have worked within a database marketing environment, delivering data driven marketing solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Client relationship development and a continued effort to understand the client’s business
* Responsibility for the Account Management team’s delivery of work and directing client solutions
* Working with the Business Development, Analysis, Production and Account Management teams to ensure client solutions are presented, briefed, costed and delivered on time and to budget
* Conducting client reviews and present project results and ROI reports
* End to end CRM project management for the client in question (including campaign development, problem solving, making recommendations and giving direction to the client and relevant agency employees
You will be responsible for indentifying where the agency can best add value to client solutions and ensuring delivery on all occasions.
You will also work directly with clients in order to raise the clients’ level of awareness of the services on offer and help to spot opportunities from each of the accounts managed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Solid experience in database or direct marketing agency / bureau environment
* Excellent campaign management and client relationship management skills
* Relationship building and Business Development
* Strong understanding of CRM and its practical application
* Design, development, implementation and management of marketing databases
* Data quality management

POSITION – 2 X Account Directors
LOCATION – Home Counties & London
SALARY – £50k – £65k plus excellent benefits
