Our client is undoubtedly one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK with a strong heritage borne out of creating highly creative and strategic campaigns for their client base. They are now looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Account Director to focus on their flagship account that sits within the FMCG arena. The agency has been experiencing a period of sustained success and are launching some highly enterprising projects for their clients.
In order to be successful with your application, you will need to demonstrate an innate ability to lead the client digital marketing strategy, which will envelope leading and motivating the team internally. You will provide day to day and and long term strategic direction on the account and deliver a communications plan that will add value and grow the client business.
You will also need to focus on developing business and client relationships, ensuring overall quality assurance of service / strategic offering, including ROI models. You will be accountable for business profitability / financial forecasting and management, although you will work with producers who will take responsibility for project implementation.
This role and agency will be ideally suited to someone who has a background in creating experiences that engage consumers – interaction that is entertaining, informative, delivers value to people's lives and therefore builds brand loyalty. You will be aware of the constantly evolving digital landscape – mobile / apps / twitter etc. – and will understand how social media can be used to develop brand loyalty and relationships.
