Marketing Director – HR/Training – Birmingham – £65k
A Marketing Director / Head of Marketing with previous experience in the HR or Training Sector is required by our client based near Birmingham, West Midlands. A salary of up to £65k plus benefits is offered.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for continued development of the central marketing function and increased sales revenues, primarily by raising brand profile and commercial awareness across the UK.
You will ideally have experience setting the marketing strategy and will previously have been a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing position within the HR or Training Sector. You will manage a team focused on Brand management, direct marketing and online marketing taking responsibility for defining target audience and relevant channels and identifying potential market opportunities for continued growth and expansion.
The Marketing Director will report to the CEO on overall company marketing strategies and you will oversee the campaign management, budget tracking, online strategy and Marketing team performance.
Previous experience marketing within the Human Resources or Training Sector is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Director looking to develop their career with a well established group of companies.
Salary to £65k basic dependent upon experience plus excellent benefits.
