This is a senior role with unparalled potential for growth, requiring a creative marketing visionary who can seize and capitalise on the opportunity.

Our clients have an enviable reputation in retail design solutions/insights for major brands and retailers across the UK and Europe.  They have plans for huge growth and development of the business overall, and see the recruitment of this Senior Account Director (a brand new role) as pivotal in achieving these through collaborative working directly with senior client marketers.

Reporting into the Managing Director you will be responsible for the leadership of a client group, but at the highest levels. Your role will be about strategy, direction, innovation, insight and negotiation with client contacts to formulate plans for their consumer marketing within the in-store environment to achieve maximum visibility, profitability, and brand share.

You will be actively driving the strategic development and planning process ensuring that the client/agency relationship is managed to maintain the quality of the output and profitability of the work undertaken; and that all work undertaken is in line with the overall brand strategy and dovetails seamlessly with other integrated marketing ititiatives.

You’ll be :

A charismatic indivudal who is capable of conceiving and communicating creative and commercial ideas and bringing these to life with your client, then inspiring the in-house team to bring them to fruition.

Key Elements

  • A minimum of 6 years working within a fast paced creative marketing environment, ideally from an agency or clientside brand driven environment
  • A passion for consumerl communications, that go beyond the mundane and help to achieve maximum retail penetration through
  • Strong influencer, negotiator, innovator, relationship builder
  • Be able to offer true leadership to the team, and real diretion to the client
  • An exceptional presenter of ideas and concepts
  • Excellent design understanding
  • Able to demonstrate a real desire to develop the client and challenge existing thinking based upon your knowledge and experience
