A unique opportunity has now arisen for a Client Services Director to join their team.
This is the ideal appointment for a senior level candidate with an online business/eCommerce background, seeking a role that will utilise their exceptional client relationship, team building, motivational and technology skills.
As the Client Services Director, you will be tasked with overseeing the Client Services team internationally, which act as the primary point of contact for clients in the UK, EU, Asia and Australasia. The team consists of personnel responsible for account management, and the management of multiple implementation projects.
This role will involve building senior level relationships and developing strong customer relationships, through proactive communication and regular onsite visits. A key focus will also be on acquiring, developing and retaining talent, effectively leading the team, and promoting a fun team atmosphere with high morale.
Your duties will include:
- managing financial budget and hiring plans for the team
- working with the team to identify up-sell opportunities, address renewal issues
- working with local and remote functional teams to deliver services to clients
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- experience of managing a client-facing team, for example account managers
- experience of working for an online business or in an online environment such as eCommerce
- the ability to deal with senior level contacts
As the Client Services Director you will also need to demonstrate a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills and a positive, self-starter attitude. The ability to travel, up to 30% of your time, is also required.
It would be beneficial to your application if you are multilingual, ideally in a European language, or if you are degree educated (or equivalent).
