Our client is looking for an experienced retail professional to join the business as Retail Director, supporting the Centre Director you will take responsibility for developing strong relationships between the organisations management team and its retailers. This is a key role in the future development of the business and our client is looking for a commercially savvy retail professional who will be able to exploit commercial opportunities and focus and improve how the organisation delivers in the area of customer service. The successful candidate will need to be hands on and possess the ability to instil and nurture a sense of community between occupiers, as well as foster inter company business relationships to maximise the value of the centre. This is a high profile position that requires a candidate with first class organisational skills, who can spot consumer trends and act on them and has held a similar position in a retail, multiple outlet or hospitality organisation career to date.
